Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. We do not accept items that are
worn, damaged, washed and/or altered. We also do not issue refunds as all items
are created custom for each shopper after purchase.
Important to Note
Inventory at ServedFresh™ moves very quickly. In the event your desired (exchange)
item is not available, we will provide you with a store credit in the form of a gift card or
unique code. Store credit can be used immediately and does not expire. When returning
your item, we recommend using USPS Flat-Rate Shipping. Please also remember
that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
